The best retreat after a hard working day!
this item has been used in catering for a while now and a lot of guests claimed that it’s the best I’ve had.
In this package, you will get:
- Tender steak for 3
- Cheddar cheese
- Fresh mushrooms
- Greens
- Pickles
- Japanese mayo
- Sourdough Bread
Instructions:
- Toast the bread according to the number of sandwiches that you want to make (2 for each).
- Add the mushrooms with a Tbsp of butter into a pan on a low heat (Use the biggest burner).
- When colored add the steak and the sauce and stir until charred.
- On the 2 slice of the bread spread the Japanese mayo
- Add the greens
- Add the Steak
- add the cheddar on top.
- Add the Pickles.
- return the sandwich into the pan on low heat and cover for 5 mins to melt the cheese, then remove.
More info:
- You can make one or two portions and keep the rest in the fridge for another 5 days, or in the freezer for 3 months.
