You will get:
500- 700 g of Octopus.
Bag of olive oil-based sauce.
Lemon
Coriander
Step 1: Pour the sauce into a pan on low-medium heat and heat it up.
Step 2: Put in the Octopus (Chopped, or whole), until they are nice and browned.
Step 3: Stir for 5 minutes with minimal contact from the utensil that is being used. (to keep a nice texture for the tentacles). Make sure to let every piece gets charred.
Step 4: Add the coriander and Lemon juice and sautée 3 times and turn down the heat.
