One of my recent achievements is creating this sandwich...
Using high quality ingredients to emphasize on the oriental spices, blended with the authentic garlic, oil and lemon combination, while getting the crunch from the fried onions, and the comfort from the fresh exquisite avocado sauce. It made me tear up as I've tasted the result.
In this package for 10, you will get:
- Around 2 kg (Before cooking) of Bone-in Lamb Leg.
- Fresh Homemade avocado sauce.
- Full Sourdough Loaf.
- Fried Onions.
- Levantine Japanese Mayo sauce.
- Authentic Lebanese Garlic Mix. (Oil, Garlic, Lemon)
- Mix for sautée-ing the Lamb.
- Dill pickles.
Directions:
- Toast the bread slices from both sides according to the quantity that you want to make (2 slices for 1 sandwich). 3 minutes on each side on medium heat. Apply a bit of oil for coloring.
- In a pan, add the mix for sautée on medium-hight heat, then add the lamb. Remove when colored. (Note that it doesn't need more cooking, it's already done).
- Spread the mayo on one slice of bread.
- Add the Lamb on top of it.
- Next, add in the Avocado sauce.
- After that is the fried onions, and then finish with Garlic Mix.
- Finish by closing the sandwich with the second slice of bread spread with mayo.
Bon appetit!
