  • Japanese Mayo.
  • Hoisin sauce.
  • Pickled Radish.
  • Pickled Carrots.
  • Fresh Coriander.
  • 6 Crispy and fresh sourdough slices.
  • Miso Butter.

instructions:

  1. Toast the bread with 1 tsp of oil in a pan on low heat then put aside. they should be crisp.
  2. Add the beef and the butter to a pan on medium heat with half a cup water. (Or stock)
  3. When they’re well merged together and juicy. Remove from heat. 
  4. time for building the sandwich
  • Spread japanese mayo on both slices
  • add the beef on one of the slices
  • add the hoisin on top of the beef
  • Garnish with pickles and coriander. (Loose the juice of the pickles)
