Succulent Italian delicacy. 

Made with housemade pasta, tomato purée 🍅 , Parmesan cheese 🧀 and Lemon 🍋 



  1. In a pan over medium to high heat, add the squid, and sear it until colored. 
  2. Once colored, add the sauce, pasta water, half of the parmesan cheese and the pasta. Stir until infused together, (about 3 mins) enough for the sauce to coagulate together.
  3. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, squeeze the lemon juice on top and add the rest of the cheese.
