Instructions: 

  1. Heat up the pan on high heat and add a 1 tsp of olive oil.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, once boiled, add the pasta water (if the package doesn’t contain pasta water proceed to the next step).
  3. Add the pasta and sauté or stir gently until well infused together.
  4. Rip half the herbs into the sauce, squeeze the lemon, then turn off the heat.

  5. Plate the dish then sprinkle the grated cheese and the rest of the herbs on top. 

  6. Enjoy!
