pork shoulder, dried fruits and wine slow cooked to perfection. 

 

Instructions:

(Recommended)

  1. Put the main bag into a small pot.
  2. If the meat piece is large, use a fork to detach the meat into smaller chunks.
  3. let it boil for 5 mins while the lid closed.
  4. Microwave the rice and transfer to a plate
  5. Garnish with cilantro
