Succulent Italian delicacy.
Made with housemade pasta, tomato purée 🍅 , Parmesan cheese 🧀 and Lemon 🍋
Instructions:
- In a pan over medium to high heat, add the squid, and sear it until colored.
- Once colored, add the sauce, pasta water, half of the parmesan cheese and the pasta. Stir until infused together, (about 3 mins) enough for the sauce to coagulate together.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, squeeze the lemon juice on top and add the rest of the cheese.
